Maggie Broder
Maggie has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry – including military, commercial, and
corporate aviation. She possesses strong leadership skills in aviation operations, as well as, maintenance
& repair. Maggie worked the majority of her career at Delta Air Lines as a General Manager overseeing
the engineering, reliability, and maintenance programs of Delta’s domestic aircraft fleet. Additionally, she
had responsibility for reliability, work-scoping, and maintenance programs for over 1500 engines post
Northwest Airlines merger. Maggie’s fleet teams contributed to the success of Delta’s top industry
performance, recognized by the Wall Street Journal for the reduction of technical cancellations by 60%
and 20% in delays during the summer of 2011.
Most recently, she assisted the U.S. Defense in implementing the Reliability Control Board process to
ensure the reliability/mission readiness program was identifying top degraders, taking appropriate actions,
and achieving expected results. Her efforts in leading an engineering reliability sprint to improve mission
capability resulted in a 20% year-over-year increase in on-wing time for F/A-18 generator control units
recognized by the Aviation Week July 22, 2020 article: “How One Component Improved U.S. Navy F/A18 Fleet Readiness”.
