
Laura Fulton
Laura Fulton is an experienced Project Manager and Continuous Improvement professional and currently
works in a consultive manner with teams to provide operational performance assessments, metrics, and
solutions and for the improvement and flow of operational shops. Driven by her core principles, she takes
pride in providing the best service possible in the most efficient manner possible.
Previously Laura worked as the Senior Manager of Business Operations at United Airlines. Responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of United’s Base Maintenance Project Management, Production Planning and Operational Performance teams. The Project Management department was responsible for the successful identification, execution, and implementation of initiatives to support the maintenance bases. This included the delivery of solutions for internal and external customers through the facilitation and empowerment of others. Utilizing the Agile and EDBA tool sets, these initiatives included global and strategic program development, business modeling and planning, capital investment, operational metric tracking and included acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of various stakeholders to create roadmaps, track milestone and financial performance. In this roll she provided support to both Houston and San Francisco Component and Engine Shop, Overhaul and Repair areas. The Engine and Component Overhaul and Repair are the maintenance departments which perform offwing maintenance of Engines, Landing Gear, Component, Composites, nacelles, interiors, avionics, and fabrication of aircraft parts.
A native of Kansas, Laura is an avid outdoors person who enjoys time spent with her husband, three children and two dogs. Always waiting for the next great adventure.
